Shipping Policy

All Stickers, T-shirts, and Hoodies are Print-on-Demand (POD) products. Graphics are created in-house by Alejandro and then manufactured and shipped by a third party. Different shipping options are offered by these third parties. Options will reflect on the products during check-out. POD providers will produce a tracking number for shipped items, and this number will be forwarded to customer via e-mail.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, send us and email.

The return address is set by default to the POD facility used to manufacture the product. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the POD facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. POD products are made to order, so size changes will cost the production of a whole new item. Therefore, we will not offer a refund for wrong size claims.
